AAA Parking is seeking a Valet Attendant for The Epicurean Atlanta Hotel in Atlanta, GA. You will warmly greet guests, assist with luggage, and safely park and retrieve vehicles while delivering exceptional guest service in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain an acceptable driving record.
Previous valet, hospitality, parking, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
Ability to safely operate a variety of vehicles, including automatic and manual transmissions.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor.
Ability to remain calm, courteous, and professional in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable and punctual with good attendance.

Responsibilities

Warmly greet and welcome arriving and departing guests.
Answer questions clearly and professionally.
Open vehicle and hotel doors and assist guests with coats and luggage.
Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, dining, and entertainment.
Assist guests with special needs or disabilities.
Create a welcoming, memorable experience from arrival to departure.
Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely, efficiently, and courteously.
Maintain vehicle keys securely and handle them with care.
