Job summary

AAA Parking is seeking a friendly, professional Valet Attendant for The Epicurean Atlanta Hotel. You’ll be one of the first and last team members guests interact with, delivering exceptional guest service in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

You will warmly greet guests, assist with coats and luggage, provide local information, and safely park and retrieve vehicles. A valid driver’s license is required, with a focus on professional appearance and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain an acceptable driving record.
• Hospitality or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to safely operate a variety of vehicles, including automatic and, preferably, manual-transmission.
• Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Greet arriving and departing guests warmly and professionally.
• Open vehicle and hotel doors and assist with coats and luggage.
• Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently; keep keys secure.
• Maintain a clean, polished appearance and work as part of a team to coordinate guest arrivals and departures.
