Job summary

Azul Hospitality is seeking a Guest Services/Valet Attendant to greet guests, assist with luggage, and escort guests to rooms at the hotel. The role requires strong customer service, reliable transportation, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.

You will assist with luggage, provide information on services, and maintain the valet area. A valid driver’s license and basic computer skills are required to support daily operations.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English in the workplace.
• Excellent customer relations skills are required.
• Basic computer skills and organizational ability are needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome arriving guests, escort to rooms, and assist with luggage.
• Inform guests about safety features and hotel services, and promote outlets when possible.
• Manage valet operations: load/unload luggage, safely operate guest vehicles, and park as needed.
• Store guest luggage upon request and assist with loading/unloading into vehicles; call taxis as requested.
• Prepare and maintain papers for tours/deliveries; supervise baggage transfers and amenity deliveries.
• Complete daily paperwork and maintain a neat check-in area; assist other departments as needed.
• Promote a positive work environment and follow hotel policies; ensure cleanliness of valet areas.
