Job summary

InnVentures is seeking a courteous Valet to warmly welcome guests at the hotel entrance, assist with luggage, and help with curbside parking and guest transportation. The role requires maintaining a professional appearance and delivering a high-quality arrival experience.

The position involves standing for long periods, lifting up to 100 pounds, and ensuring the safe handling of guest vehicles, while upholding safety and security procedures throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license for the applicable state.
• At least two years driving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stand at attention at the hotel entrance and greet guests with a smile.
• Open doors and assist guests with luggage and curbside directions.
• Manage guest vehicles, ensuring keys are safe and vehicles are moved efficiently.
• Assist guests with directions and transportation as needed.
• Maintain porte cochere cleanliness and safety procedures.
