You will handle vehicles and keys, maintain a clean, professional appearance, collaborate with hotel staff, follow safety protocols, report incidents, and provide outstanding service during high guest volume in an outdoor, fast paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle stressful situations with poise.
• Basic English reading, writing, and communication skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Flexible schedule based on business needs.
• Successfully pass a background and driving record check.
• Previous hospitality or high-end customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests, explain prices and car retrieval procedure.
• Open hotel doors and assist with luggage.
• Offer information about services, facilities, and local attractions.
• Assist guests with special needs or disabilities.
• Retrieve and park vehicles promptly and maintain keys securely.
• Keep valet area clean, organized, and inviting.
• Work closely with hotel staff to ensure smooth arrivals and departures.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues to coordinate valet operations.
• Follow safety protocols and report incidents to supervisor immediately.
• Perform routine inspections of valet area and equipment.
