Job summary

AAA Parking in Florida is hiring as a Valet to be the first and last point of contact for guests. You will greet guests, explain car retrieval procedures, and help with luggage, maintaining a polished appearance and a positive, can-do attitude.

You will handle vehicles, park and retrieve efficiently, check for damage, keep keys secure, and coordinate with hotel staff to ensure smooth arrivals and departures. This role requires safety-conscious teamwork in an outdoor, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Basic English reading and communication skills.
• Ability to stand for the full shift and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests; explain prices and retrieval procedures clearly.
• Open doors for guests and assist with luggage; provide information on services.
• Explain hotel amenities and local attractions; assist guests with special needs.
• Fill valet tickets; conduct vehicle damage checks; retrieve and park vehicles promptly.
• Maintain keys securely; keep valet area clean and organized.
• Coordinate with hotel staff to ensure smooth arrivals/departures.
• Follow safety protocols and report incidents; inspect valet area and equipment.
