The Guest Service Associate at Towne Park provides welcoming hospitality, parking and luggage assistance, and guest inquiries with a friendly, efficient approach. You will manage vehicle valet duties and communicate facility information to guests, across AM/PM/Overnight shifts.

Eligible employees may enroll in accident and critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity, telemedicine, and a 401k retirement savings plan. Seasonal roles are not eligible for benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license for the state you are applying to work, or within a commutable distance.
• One month related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional hospitality services to guests in an attentive, friendly and efficient manner.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles in a prompt yet safe manner and assist guests with luggage as needed.
• Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations and inquiries, and provide information about facility amenities and local attractions.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures, issue and collect claim checks, and handle ticket and revenue processes as required.
