Job summary

AHC Hospitality is seeking a part-time valet/bellman to greet guests, assist with luggage, and park vehicles in the Grand Rapids area. You will deliver friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced lobby environment across multiple properties.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading luggage, maintaining a safe workspace, and ensuring guest satisfaction on arrival and departure. Weekend availability is required, with discounts and DailyPay benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in valet or bellperson duties preferred.
• Ability to assist guests with luggage and parking.
• Safety-minded and professional demeanor.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests entering the valet motor lobby and main lobby.
• Unload, deliver, or load luggage during check-in/check-out.
• Park guest vehicles safely and promptly.
• Maintain a safe, neat, and clean lobby area.
• Follow AHC guest service standards and SOPs.
• Attend departmental meetings and communicate with supervisors.
• Assist with bell service duties and guest requests as needed.
