Job summary

SP+ in Grand Rapids is hiring a Valet Driver to provide safe, courteous parking service. You will inspect vehicles, explain rates, and ensure a seamless guest experience while adhering to traffic laws and company standards.

Eligible candidates will have a valid driver’s license, be able to drive a manual transmission, and be available for early or late shifts, including weekends. Uniforms are provided and tips augment pay.

Qualifications

• Valid state driver’s license and driving record.
• Ability to safely drive a manual transmission is a plus.
• Proof of eligibility to work legally in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on our promise by resolving client requests and concerns.
• Inspect vehicles before parking and note findings.
• Explain valet rates to customers.
• Observe traffic laws and safe driving practices.
• Report accidents or safety hazards to management.
• Know local streets and landmarks for a seamless service.
• Come to work in your clean uniform and on time for each shift.
• Remain in uniform for the entire shift.
• Assist management with additional duties as assigned.
