Job summary

SP+ Detroit Hospitality seeks a Valet Captain to lead guest parking experiences with warmth and professionalism. You will supervise valet attendants, ensure courteous service, and uphold safety and traffic compliance during shifts.

The role requires a valid driver''s license, ability to drive manual transmissions, and availability for 2nd/3rd shifts and weekends. SP+ offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities to grow within a leading parking network.

Qualifications

• Valid state driver''s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission is a plus.
• Availability for 2nd/3rd shift and weekends.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Clear communication and cash handling ability.
• Ability to follow instructions and stay calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on our Promise by resolving client requests efficiently, proactively communicating with clients, and solving problems.
• Inspect every vehicle before safely parking it and noting findings.
• Explain valet rates to customers.
• Observe traffic laws and safe driving practices.
• Report accidents, safety hazards, unusual occurrences, and policy violations to management.
• Know the area''s major streets, landmarks, and freeways for a seamless experience.
• Come to work in a clean uniform, on time, and ready to work.
• Remain in complete uniform for the entirety of your shift.
• Assist management with additional duties as assigned.
