SP+ is seeking an entry to mid-level Valet driver in Detroit, MI. You will greet customers, park vehicles safely, explain rates, and maintain a professional, uniform appearance. Join a team focused on safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Eligible applicants should have a valid driver’s license, flexibility for 2nd/3rd shifts and weekends, and the ability to work legally in the United States. Tips are in addition to hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and standing driving record.
• Ability to safely drive a manual transmission is a plus.
• Willingness to work 2nd/3rd shifts and weekends.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. (documentation).
• Clear communication and courteous customer service.
• Basic math: read/write currency; follow instructions.
• Ability to adapt to changes and handle delays or surprises.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on our Promise by resolving client requests and concerns efficiently.
• Inspect each vehicle before parking and note findings.
• Explain valet rates to customers.
• Observe traffic laws and safe driving practices.
• Report accidents, hazards, and policy violations to management.
• Know local streets and landmarks for a smooth experience.
• Arrive on time in uniform, ready to work.
• Assist management with additional duties as assigned.

Skills
