Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with ability to provide a Motor Vehicle Record.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising the Bell/Valet Services function and train staff.
• Conduct standup meetings with the team.
• Schedule with Front Office leadership.
• Communicate parking situations to hotel leadership.
• Ensure guest car key control policies are followed.
• Welcome and acknowledge arriving guests professionally.
• Transport luggage to and from guest rooms as requested.
• Secure, tag and store luggage at guest’s request.
• Direct guests to appropriate staff for food, laundry, concierge, or housekeeping.
• Write and report auto accident reports to Front Office Manager.
• Promote hotel facilities and services to guests.
• Respond to guest complaints and provide service recovery.
• Promote teamwork and quality service through daily coordination with other departments.
• Adhere to uniform and grooming standards.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
