Job summary

The Car Park is looking for an entry-level valet attendant at our Greenville, NC location. You will greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles, and provide friendly customer service during daily operations and events.

Responsibilities include handling luggage, guiding guests, and maintaining order in the parking area while following safety laws and company procedures. A GED or high school diploma and a valid driver's license are required.

Responsibilities

• Accommodate guests by opening doors and assisting with luggage or other heavy items.
• Direct traffic in the parking area and assist guests entering and leaving the lot.
• Answer guests' questions regarding local attractions, hotel amenities and other services.
• Collect and label keys to ensure proper return.
• Park guests' vehicles in designated areas following all traffic laws.
• Operate vehicles safely and responsibly.

WHO WE NEED

You can drive anything from a John Deere to a Bugatti and treat them all like they are one of a kind treasure! Whether it's automatic or manual, you are comfortable driving anything. This position provides excellent customer service for our clients daily and during special events by greeting guests when they arrive, parking guest vehicles in the designated area, then retrieving the vehicles upon guest departure in a safe manner. This position also keeps track of valet tickets and oversees the parking lot.

• Greet and welcome guests to the establishment and offer professional valet services.

• Operate vehicles safely and responsibility.
