Job summary

The Car Park is a rapidly growing parking and transportation company with a portfolio of 500+ locations across the United States. You will be the first and last impression for each guest, delivering professional valet services with courtesy and a helpful attitude.

Respond to guest inquiries, assist with luggage, direct traffic, and ensure service excellence while maintaining safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Operate both manual and automatic vehicles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 19 years old.
• Valid driver license.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests to the establishment and offer professional valet services.
• Open doors and assist with luggage or other heavy items.
• Direct traffic in the parking area and help guests enter/exit the lot.
• Answer guests' questions regarding local attractions, hotel amenities and other services.
• Collect and label keys to ensure proper return.
• Park guests' vehicles in predetermined areas following traffic laws.
• Operate vehicles safely and responsibly.

Who We Need

You can drive anything from a John Deere to a Ferrari and treat them all like they are one of a kind treasure! You are comfortable driving anything on four wheels. This position truly is the first and last impression for each visitor and is responsible for:

• Greet and welcome guests to the establishment and offer professional valet services.
• Accommodate guests by opening doors and assisting with luggage or other heavy items.
• Direct traffic in the parking area as needed and assist guests in entering and leaving the parking lot.
• Answer guests' questions regarding local attractions, hotel amenities and other available services.
• Collect and accurately label keys belonging to guests to ensure their proper return.
• Park guests' vehicles in predetermined areas within the parking lot, following all traffic laws.
• Operate vehicles safely and responsibility.
