Job summary

The Car Park is seeking a friendly valet associate to warmly greet guests, assist with luggage, and park vehicles at our Boise location. You will guide traffic, answer questions about local attractions, and ensure keys are tracked securely.

A valid driver's license and ability to operate both manual and automatic vehicles are required. This role supports providing exceptional guest experiences and teamwork within a busy environment.

• Strong customer-service and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide professional valet services.
• Open doors and assist with luggage or other heavy items.
• Direct traffic in the parking area and assist guests entering/leaving the lot.
• Answer guests' questions about local attractions, hotel amenities and other services.
• Collect and label keys to ensure proper return.
• Park guests' vehicles in designated areas and drive vehicles safely when needed.
