Job summary

The Car Park is seeking an entry-level valet to welcome guests, assist with luggage, and park cars in allocated areas at our Raleigh location. You will be the first and last impression for visitors and will handle keys with care and attention to safety.

Ideal candidates are comfortable driving both manual and automatic transmission vehicles, have strong customer service and communication skills, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining legible handwriting and a professional

Qualifications

• Must be able to operate both manual and automatic vehicles.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are required.
• Ability to guide traffic and assist guests in and out of the parking area.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests and provide professional valet services.
• Open doors and assist with luggage or heavy items.
• Direct traffic in the parking area and help guests enter/exit.
• Answer guests’ questions about local attractions and hotel amenities.
• Collect and label keys to ensure proper return.
• Park guests’ vehicles in designated areas following traffic laws.
• Operate vehicles safely and responsibly.

WHO WE NEED

You can drive anything from a John Deere to a Ferrari and treat them all like they are one of a kind treasure! You are comfortable driving anything on four wheels. This position truly is the first and last impression for each visitor and is responsible for:

• Greet and welcome guests to the establishment and offer professional valet services.
• Accommodate guests by opening doors and assisting with luggage or other heavy items.
• Direct traffic in the parking area as needed and assist guests in entering and leaving the parking lot.
• Answer guests' questions regarding local attractions, hotel amenities and other available services.
• Collect and accurately label keys belonging to guests to ensure their proper return.
• Park guests' vehicles in predetermined areas within the parking lot, following all traffic laws.
• Operate vehicles safely and responsibility.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• MUST be able to operate both manual and automatic vehicles
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 19 years old
• Valid driver license
