Job summary

The Car Park, LLC in Tampa, FL is seeking a friendly valet attendant to greet guests, assist with luggage, direct traffic, and park vehicles using both manual and automatic transmissions. You’ll provide local recommendations and ensure guest safety and security.

Qualifications

• Must be able to operate both manual and automatic vehicles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 19 years old.
• Valid driver license.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests to the establishment and offer professional valet services.
• Accommodate guests by opening doors and assisting with luggage or other heavy items.
• Direct traffic in the parking area as needed and assist guests in entering and leaving the parking lot.
• Answer guests' questions regarding local attractions, hotel amenities and other available services.
• Collect and accurately label keys belonging to guests to ensure their proper return.
• Park guests' vehicles in predetermined areas within the parking lot, following all traffic laws.
• Operate vehicles safely and responsibly.
