Job summary

LAZ Parking in Downtown Cincinnati is hiring a Supervisor to lead, mentor, and schedule on-site staff while ensuring top-tier customer service and adherence to company rules.

You’ll direct daily operations, assist with training, manage weekly schedules, resolve service issues, and contribute to reporting and payments processing.

We’re seeking at least 1 year of supervisory experience and proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and MS Office; some evenings and weekends may be required.

• Proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and MS Office.

• Lead, direct, and develop team of employees at parking location(s).
• Direct the activities of on-site employees.
• Assist with periodic training as needed.
• Assist with creation of weekly team schedule.
• Resolves customer service issues or questions as needed.
• Assists in establishing performance standards, recommending, and implementing changes to procedures when necessary.
• Promote good customer relations by consistently providing premier customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanor, can-do attitude, and willingness to help at all times.
• Additional related duties as assigned.

Location: Downtown Cincinnati garage

Schedule: Full-time Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm, some weekends and evenings

Pay rate: $17-$18

The Spirit Of The Position

The Supervisor ensures staff compliance with conduct rules, policies, and procedures while supervising, mentoring, and training them on daily tasks. Responsibilities also include promoting customer satisfaction, assisting customers, generating various reports, resolving service issues, and performing administrative tasks such as scheduling and processing payments.

What does a day in the life of a LAZ Supervisor look like?

What would we like you to bring to the team?

• 1+ years supervisory experience.


• Knowledge of Excel, Word, Power Point and General Microsoft Office Applications.


• Parking management experience is preferred but not required.


• Ability to be flexible in schedule in order to meet operational needs. This may require occasionally working outside of regularly scheduled hours.

Physical Demands

• Willingness to work in the elements – heat, wind, snow, rain, etc.


• Ability to lift, push and pull at least 50lbs.


• Ability to stand, walk and run for extended periods of time.


• Ability to bend, stoop, squat and lift frequently throughout a shift.
