Job summary

Beverly Hills Plaza Hotel & Spa seeks a friendly valet attendant to greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles including manuals, and handle transactions with care. You’ll assist with luggage and keep the entrance area organized, contributing to a seamless guest experience in iconic Beverly Hills.

Prior hospitality or guest-service exposure is a plus; training is provided. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment with LA flair.

Qualifications

• Friendly, can-do attitude focused on warm guest interactions.
• Comfort driving standard passenger vehicles, including manual transmissions.
• Strong English communication; bilingual skills are a bonus in our international hub.

What You’ll Do

• Roll out the red-carpet welcome for every guest who pulls up — luggage, directions, smiles included.
• Skillfully park and retrieve vehicles, including manual transmissions, with precision and care.
• Handle valet transactions and cash duties accurately and efficiently.
• Lend a hand (and strong back) with luggage, ensuring everything arrives safe and sound.
• Keep our entrance and valet area spotless, organized, and running like clockwork.
• Coordinate seamlessly with teammates and management to keep the guest experience smooth from curb to checkout.
• Pitch in on basic vehicle checks and light automotive support as needed.

What You Bring
