DelMonte Hotel Group is hiring a Bell Attendant/Valet Attendant at its Ithaca location. You will greet guests, assist with luggage, and safely park and retrieve vehicles, providing shuttle transportation when needed.

Maintain a welcoming entrance and assist guests with information about local amenities and attractions. The ideal candidate shows a friendly, professional demeanor, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work independently or in a team.

Qualifications

• Must display friendly and professional demeanor
• Excellent guest service skills
• Must possess a valid driver's license for the position and meet state licensing requirements, with no major driving violations

Responsabilités

• Greet guests and assist with luggage upon arrival and departure
• Safely park and retrieve guests' vehicles
• Provide guest transportation using hotel shuttle vehicles
• Offer information about hotel amenities and surrounding area
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the entrance, lobby, and transportation vehicles
