The main objective of the Bell Attendant/Valet Attendant is to provide exceptional guest service by ensuring a welcoming, efficient, and memorable arrival and departure experience. This position is responsible for greeting guests, assisting with luggage, safely parking and retrieving vehicles, providing guest transportation using hotel shuttle vehicles, and offering information about hotel amenities and the surrounding area. Additional responsibilities include coordinating luggage storage, delivering guest items, and maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the hotel's entrance, lobby, and transportation vehicles.

Successful candidates will have a friendly and professional demeanor, excellent customer service skills, and a genuine passion for hospitality. The ideal candidate will be comfortable interacting with guests, safely operating vehicles, handling luggage, and responding promptly to guest requests while maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
