Greenleaf Hospitality Group in Kalamazoo is seeking a Front Office team member to greet guests, assist with luggage, and ensure a seamless arrival and departure experience.

You will escort guests, manage shuttle and valet duties, and coordinate guest services across departments. A clean DMV record and ability to lift up to 75 pounds are required, with a focus on guest satisfaction and professional communication.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age
• Must provide clean DMV driving record for consideration
• Sufficient manual dexterity to load/unload luggage
• Able to stand for long periods (8+ hours)
• Able to stoop and bend
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds
• Able to handle repetitive tasks

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they arrive and depart; assist with luggage and doors
• Escort guests to rooms and ensure they feel welcomed
• Deliver packages, luggage and amenities to rooms with care
• Build positive relationships and respond to requests promptly
• Safely operate hotel shuttle and maintain logs
• Valet park guest vehicles following safety procedures
• Coordinate pick-ups/drop-offs amid changing requests
• Communicate clearly via phone and email to coordinate services
• Stay knowledgeable about outlets, events and local attractions
• Collaborate with front office and concierge for seamless service
• Seek ways to improve guest experience and operations
• Respond to concerns with empathy while following policy
• Support daily front office operations and flex between roles
• Maintain time management and organizational standards
• Ambassador for Radisson and GHG standards
