Job summary

AAA Parking is seeking enthusiastic Valet/Guest Service Associates to deliver aggressive hospitality to hotel guests. Responsibilities include greeting arriving and departing guests, parking and retrieving vehicles, opening doors, and providing information and directions.

Flexible schedule. Ideal candidate has at least one year of customer service experience, strong communication skills, and enjoys working outdoors.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license in the state where employed.
• Pass a pre-employment background check including drug, MVR and criminal background checks.
• Must be able to drive a manual transmission.
• Must be able to read and write Standard English.
• Must be able to stand for the full shift.

Responsibilities

• Greet arriving and departing guests and provide aggressive hospitality.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles and open doors for guests.
• Provide information and directions to hotel guests.
• Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with guests and staff.
• Adhere to AAA Parking uniform and appearance standards; follow AAA Basics.
