Job summary

AAA Parking is seeking a Valet Attendant to greet guests, assist with doors and luggage, and manage vehicle handling with care. The role requires professional appearance, reliable teamwork, and clear communication to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

You will work closely with hotel staff, maintain an organized valet area, and adhere to safety guidelines while supporting guests during busy periods and events.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand for the entire shift and handle physical tasks (lift/pull up to 20 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests, open doors, and assist with coats and luggage.
• Retrieve and park vehicles quickly, conduct damage checks, and secure keys.
• Maintain a clean, professional valet area and adhere to uniform standards.
• Assist guests with special needs and provide information about services and attractions.
• Follow safety protocols and report incidents to a supervisor.
• Coordinate with hotel staff to ensure smooth arrivals and departures.
