Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; customer service experience preferred.
• Customer service attitude and a willing, helpful demeanor are mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Conduct vehicle damage inspections and document parking locations.
• Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles following safety protocols.
• Maintain attendance and timekeeping, including clocking in/out and reporting tips.
• Keep valet areas clean and presentable at all times.
• Provide exceptional guest service, handle situations professionally, and support teamwork.
• Maintain regular attendance and follow company policy; arrive in full uniform and groomed.
• Attend staff meetings and complete training modules on time.
