Parking Management Company (PMC) is a national leader in hospitality-focused parking services. The Valet Attendant role supports luxury hotel and resort guests with professional vehicle handling and high-touch service.

As the first and last impression, you will greet guests, park and retrieve cars safely, and maintain a polished, guest-ready presence. Competitive pay includes tips, with shifts that cover evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; customer service experience preferred.
• Customer service attitude and a helpful demeanor are mandatory.
• A valid driver’s license is required; reliable transportation may be needed.

Responsabilités

• Perform vehicle inspections and document parking locations on tickets.
• Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles while following safety procedures.
• Maintain attendance, timekeeping, and accurately report tips.
• Keep valet areas clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Provide exceptional guest service and support teamwork in a fast-paced setting.
• Arrive on time in full uniform and groomed to PMC standards.
• Attend staff meetings and complete training modules on schedule.
