Parking Management Company (PMC) is seeking a Valet Attendant to deliver a welcoming, professional guest experience from arrival to departure. You will safely park and retrieve vehicles with energy and attention to detail, contributing to a high-quality guest experience in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred; customer service attitude is mandatory.
• Strong communication and professional presentation are essential.
• Must be able to work outdoors and in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicles for damage and document parking locations.
• Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles while following safety procedures.
• Maintain attendance, timekeeping, and report tips accurately.
• Keep valet areas clean and organized at all times.
• Provide excellent customer service and work as a productive team member.
• Arrive on time, in uniform, and groomed to PMC standards.
• Perform additional tasks to support operations and training.
