Responsibilities include vehicle inspections, safety-focused parking, compliance with attendance and timekeeping, and maintaining clean valet areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; customer service attitude and helpful demeanor are mandatory.
• Proven ability to provide exceptional guest service and maintain a positive guest experience.
• Ability to follow company policies, safety procedures, and maintain professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Vehicle inspections and documenting parking locations on claim tickets.
• Safely park and retrieve vehicles while following safety protocols.
• Maintain attendance, timekeeping, and report tips accurately.
• Keep valet areas clean and organized at all times.
• Deliver high-quality guest service and support teammates as needed.
• Arrive on time in full uniform and groomed to PMC standards.
• Attend staff meetings and complete training modules on time.
