Job summary

AAA Parking is seeking a courteous Valet to be the first and last point of contact for guests. You will greet guests, explain procedures, and assist with luggage while maintaining a polished appearance and professional demeanor.

As part of a fast-paced, hospitality-focused team, you will help park and retrieve vehicles, ensure safety, and support colleagues during busy periods and events. A valid license and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Basic English reading, writing, and communication skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle stressful situations with poise.
• Able to stand for the full shift and lift/push/pull up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests; explain prices and car retrieval procedures.
• Retrieve and park vehicles quickly and safely; maintain keys securely.
• Assist guests with luggage and provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
• Maintain a clean, professional valet area and adhere to uniform standards.
• Coordinate with hotel staff to ensure smooth arrivals and departures.
• Follow safety protocols and report incidents or accidents immediately.
