Job summary

Towne Park in Saint Augustine, FL seeks a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality while parking and retrieving guest vehicles and assisting with luggage. You will greet guests, help with directions, and explain rates with accurate ticket handling, contributing to a smooth arrival and departure experience.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license; the schedule covers AM/PM/OVN shifts with tips on top of base pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license or ability to obtain one near your state.
• At least 1 month of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and personal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and maintain a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Park and retrieve vehicles, assist with luggage, and provide bell services as needed.
• Offer directions, taxi referrals, and local area information.
• Explain parking rates and manage ticketing and key handling accurately.
• Support guests to ensure a safe, efficient arrival and departure experience.
