Responsibilities

Provide friendly, professional hospitality and assist guests with luggage during arrival and departure.
Park and retrieve vehicles safely while assisting guests and answering inquiries.
Explain parking rates and procedures, issue and collect claim checks, and maintain accurate ticket information.
Offer directions, taxis, reservations and local information to guests as needed.
Represent Towne Park with a courteous attitude and maintain a neat, compliant workspace.
