SP+ is seeking Valet Attendants for the Miami location. We are part of Metropolis, the largest AI-powered parking network in America, delivering checkout-free experiences across thousands of locations. The role emphasizes fast, friendly guest service and safety.

Role: Valet Attendant. Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. Pay rate: $16.00/hr. Requirements include a valid driver’s license, ability to drive a manual transmission, and flexibility for additional shifts or weekends.

Qualifications

• What You'll Need:
• Previous experience as a Valet Attendant is a MUST.
• A valid state driver's license with a current address and an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission (stick shift) is a strong plus!
• Flexible schedule to work special shifts as needed, including 2nd shift, 3rd shift, and/or weekends.
• Communication: Ability to read, write, and respond professionally to customers and co-workers.
• Eligibility: Must provide valid documentation to work legally in the U.S. if hired.
• Adaptability: Ability to follow instructions and stay calm during changes, delays, or unexpected events.

Responsibilities

• Proactive Service: Resolve client requests and concerns efficiently, finding creative ways to solve any problems that arise.
• Expert Guidance: Maintain a strong knowledge of local streets, landmarks, and freeways to assist guests with directions.
• Transparency: Clearly explain valet rates and procedures to all customers.
• Inspection: Carefully inspect every vehicle before parking it, noting and reporting any findings.
• Safe Driving: Strictly observe all traffic laws and safe driving practices at all times.
• Incident Reporting: Immediately report any accidents, safety hazards, or policy violations to management.
• Reliability: Arrive on time for every scheduled shift, ready to work.
• Appearance: Maintain a clean, complete uniform for the entire duration of your shift.
• Team Support: Assist management with additional duties as assigned to ensure a smooth operation.
