SP+ is seeking a Valet Attendant for the Miami Marriott Biscayne Bay location. The role involves welcoming guests, assisting with parking, and providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

The job requires a valid driver’s license, ability to drive manual transmission, and flexibility to work 2nd/3rd shifts or weekends. Employees receive shift meals and eligibility for SunPass reimbursement after 30 days of employment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Valet Attendant is required.
• Valid driver’s license with current address and an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission is a plus.
• Flexible schedule including 2nd/3rd shift and weekends.
• Ability to read, write, and respond professionally to customers and co-workers.
• Must provide valid documentation to work legally in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and ensure excellent guest experience.
• Provide proactive service and resolve requests.
• Know local streets and provide directions.
• Explain valet rates and procedures to customers.
• Inspect vehicles before parking and report issues.
• Drive safely and follow traffic laws.
• Report accidents or hazards to management.
• Maintain professional appearance and punctuality.
• Support team and assist management as needed.
