Job summary

Hotel Equities seeks a Full-Time Valet Attendant at The Farnam, Autograph Collection in Omaha, NE. The role provides parking services, guest assistance, and maintains safety and logs.

You will greet guests, help with luggage, and promote hotel services while ensuring a friendly, efficient experience. This position requires a High School diploma and the ability to lift up to 65 lbs, with experience in Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham or Hyatt processes and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with hospitality brands’ processes and standards (Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham, Hyatt).
• Must have vision to see objects and people at a distance.
• Able to lift and carry up to 65 lbs.
• Strong communication and reading/writing skills for logs and requests.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with luggage, park and retrieve vehicles safely.
• Deliver items and respond to guest requests in a timely manner.
• Maintain incident and vehicle check logs with accuracy.
• Provide information about hotel services and local area.
• Coordinate with engineering for vehicle maintenance as needed.
• Adhere to traffic rules and stay on assigned routes.
• Maintain a courteous, helpful demeanor at all times.
• Assist other team members and departments to ensure smooth operations.
