Average Earnings: $13.00–$20.00+ per hour, including base pay and tips

As a Valet Attendant, you will be the first person guests meet when they arrive and the last person they see when they leave. You will safely park and retrieve vehicles while creating a welcoming, professional guest experience.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• Valid driver’s license.
• Acceptable motor vehicle record, with no more than three moving violations within the past three years.
• Ability to safely operate automatic and manual‑transmission vehicles, if required by the location.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to pass applicable background and motor vehicle record checks.
• Friendly, helpful, and professional attitude.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• Previous hospitality, valet, or customer‑service experience is preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements

This is an active position that may require you to:

• Stand, walk, run, and move for extended periods.
• Enter and exit vehicles frequently.
• Lift or carry up to 50 pounds.
• Work outdoors in heat, cold, rain, and other weather conditions.
• Work around moving vehicles and in potentially noisy environments.
• Maintain PMC’s uniform, appearance, and grooming standards.

Additional Employment Information

This position is classified as non‑exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is eligible for overtime pay in accordance with applicable law. All hourly rates will meet or exceed the minimum wage requirements for the applicable work location.

Employment with PMC is at will, meaning either the employee or PMC may end the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause or notice, subject to applicable law. A 120‑day introductory period applies.

Employees may be required to use a personal mobile phone for work‑related communication and approved applications. Reimbursement will be handled according to company policy and applicable law.
