Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; customer service experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required; clean driving record.

• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs; outdoor work in varying conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle inspections and document parking locations.
• Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles while following safety procedures.
• Greet guests warmly and provide courteous, high-quality service.
• Attend required staff meetings and complete training modules.
• Maintain valet areas clean and presentable.
• Manage traffic flow and assist with drop-off and retrieval as needed.
