Parking Management Company (PMC) is hiring friendly, dependable Valet Attendants to provide exceptional service at luxury hotels, resorts, restaurants, healthcare facilities, and event venues.

As a Valet Attendant, you will be the first person guests meet and the last person they see, safely park and retrieve vehicles, and help with drop-off/pickup and directions while delivering a welcoming, professional guest experience.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Acceptable MVR with up to 3 moving violations in 3 years.
• Ability to operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles when required.
• Reliable transportation to work.
• Ability to pass background and MVR checks.
• Friendly, helpful, and professional attitude.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles.
• Inspect vehicles and document existing damage.
• Assist guests with vehicle drop-off, pickup, and directions.
• Maintain control and organization of vehicle keys.
• Help manage traffic flow in the valet area.
• Keep the valet stand and surrounding areas clean and organized.
• Follow safety, attendance, uniform, and timekeeping procedures.
• Report tips according to company policy.
• Complete required training and attend staff meetings.
