Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort and Spa is seeking a Valet Attendant to warmly welcome guests and safely park and retrieve vehicles. You will coordinate with the front desk and other hotel staff to ensure a seamless arrival and departure experience.

Description

The Valet Attendant at Hyatt Regency Lost Pines, is the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience. The attendant’s primary responsibility will be to park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently, ensuring a seamless arrival and departure process. This role requires precise communication and coordination with Resort Guest Services and knowledge of daily events. The Valet attendant will also assist with luggage and provide information about hotel services and local attractions.

• Must be comfortable working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions including hot and humid.


• Must have an open and flexible schedule that includes morning, afternoon, evening, weekend and holiday shifts.


• Previous experience in a valet or customer service role is preferred
