Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort and Spa in Texas is seeking a friendly Valet Attendant to warmly greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles safely, assist with luggage, and share information about local attractions.

This role demands clear communication, a current driver’s license, physical endurance, and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. You’ll work outdoors, support front desk, and help ensure a seamless guest arrival and departure.

Summary

The Valet Attendant at Hyatt Regency Lost Pines, is the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience. The attendant’s primary responsibility will be to park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently, ensuring a seamless arrival and departure process. This role requires precise communication and coordination with Resort Guest Services and knowledge of daily events. The Valet attendant will also assist with luggage and provide information about hotel services and local attractions.

Flexible availability, especially Thursday through Sunday evenings will be required for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests upon arrival and departure with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles in a timely manner.
• Assist guests with luggage and provide directions or information as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized valet area.
