Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort and Spa is seeking a Valet Attendant to warmly greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles, assist with luggage, and share local information. You will keep the valet area organized and coordinate with front desk staff to ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures.

The role requires strong customer service, the ability to lift luggage, and comfort working outdoors in various weather. Prior valet or guest service experience is preferred.

Summary

The Valet Attendant at Hyatt Regency Lost Pines, is the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience. The attendant’s primary responsibility will be to park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently, ensuring a seamless arrival and departure process. This role requires precise communication and coordination with Resort Guest Services and knowledge of daily events. The Valet attendant will also assist with luggage and provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
