Job summary

Belmont Village San Ramon is seeking a dedicated Valet Attendant to join our on-site team. You will assist residents and guests by parking and retrieving vehicles with safety and courtesy, while maintaining a welcoming, hospitable environment.

The ideal candidate is reliable, customer-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced setting. A valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to communicate clearly in English are required; training and growth opportunities are available within

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License with a clear driving record and be able to communicate clearly in English (verbal and written).
• Demonstrated willingness to learn and work in a team environment.
• Professional, pleasant, and team-oriented attitude is essential.
• Attendance must be reliable to ensure smooth community operations.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and park customer vehicles in accordance with laws.
• Record location and keep keys/tickets secure.
• Make hospitality and customer service a priority in every interaction.
• Assist with package delivery within the community as needed.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Valet Attendant at Belmont Village Senior Living, you will work as part of a team to provide exceptional hospitality and customer service to residents and guests by safely parking and retrieving their personal vehicles from our on-site parking garage. The ideal candidate is reliable, takes pride in their work, and demonstrates empathy. They excel in a fast-paced, physically active position, collaborate effectively, and embrace a growth mindset, prioritizing exceptional hospitality and helping seniors to thrive as they age.

YOUR TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensuring safe operation of the customer’s vehicle in accordance with all applicable laws and ordinances.
• Providing parking and retrieval of customer vehicles in designated spaces, recording location and number and safekeeping of keys and ticket.
• Making hospitality, customer service, care and satisfaction the priority in every interaction while assisting with opening of vehicle/building doors as necessary.
• Assist with package delivery within the community as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License with a clear driving record
• Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English
• Demonstrated willingness to learn and work
• Professional, pleasant and team oriented attitude
• Consistent and reliable attendance is essential for all Belmont Village employees to ensure the successful operation of the community
