Belmont Village Senior Living in San Ramon, CA is seeking a dedicated Valet Attendant to join our hospitality-focused team. You will park and retrieve residents' and guests' vehicles with care and safety, delivering friendly service and smooth building access.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clear driving record.
• Must communicate clearly in verbal and written English.

• Excellent attendance and reliability.
• Background check / drug screen / TB testing may be required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and park customer vehicles in designated spaces.
• Record vehicle location and safekeeping of keys and tickets.
• Provide hospitality and assist with opening doors as needed.
• Assist with package delivery within the community.

About The Role

As a Valet Attendant at Belmont Village Senior Living, you will work as part of a team to provide exceptional hospitality and customer service to residents and guests by safely parking and retrieving their personal vehicles from our on‑site parking garage. The ideal candidate is reliable, takes pride in their work, and demonstrates empathy. They excel in a fast-paced, physically active position, collaborate effectively, and embrace a growth mindset, prioritizing exceptional hospitality and helping seniors to thrive as they age.

Your Typical Responsibilities

• Ensuring safe operation of the customer’s vehicle in accordance with all applicable laws and ordinances.
• Providing parking and retrieval of customer vehicles in designated spaces, recording location and number and safekeeping of keys and ticket.
• Making hospitality, customer service, care and satisfaction the priority in every interaction while assisting with opening of vehicle/building doors as necessary.
• Assist with package delivery within the community as needed

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent

• Demonstrated willingness to learn and work

• Consistent and reliable attendance is essential for all Belmont Village employees to ensure the successful operation of the community
