Job summary

Belmont Village Senior Living Corporate seeks a Valet Attendant to safely park and retrieve residents’ personal vehicles in our on-site garage. You will join a friendly team, deliver exceptional hospitality, and support seniors in a fast-paced setting.

The role emphasizes reliability, clear English communication, and a willing attitude to learn while maintaining a courteous, professional demeanor toward residents and guests.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English, both verbal and written.
• Demonstrated willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional, pleasant, and team-oriented attitude.
• Consistent and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and park customer vehicles following laws and policies.
• Provide parking and retrieval services, record location and safekeeping of keys and tickets.
• Prioritize hospitality and customer service in every interaction, assist with doors as needed.
• Assist with package delivery within the community as needed.

Weekend availability a MUST 2:30pm - 11pm and 11pm - 7am

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Valet Attendant at Belmont Village Senior Living, you will work as part of a team to provide exceptional hospitality and customer service to residents and guests by safely parking and retrieving their personal vehicles from our on-site parking garage. The ideal candidate is reliable, takes pride in their work, and demonstrates empathy. They excel in a fast-paced, physically active position, collaborate effectively, and embrace a growth mindset, prioritizing exceptional hospitality and helping seniors to thrive as they age.

YOUR TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensuring safe operation of the customer's vehicle in accordance with all applicable laws and ordinances.
• Providing parking and retrieval of customer vehicles in designated spaces, recording location and number and safekeeping of keys and ticket.
• Making hospitality, customer service, care and satisfaction the priority in every interaction while assisting with opening of vehicle/building doors as necessary.
• Assist with package delivery within the community as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver's License with a clear driving record
• Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English
• Demonstrated willingness to learn and work

• Consistent and reliable attendance is essential for all Belmont Village employees to ensure the successful operation of the community
