The Role: Valet Attendant

The Valet Attendant is responsible for greeting and assisting incoming valet traffic, distributing tickets, and parking and retrieving vehicles. This position is for third shift overnight.

Responsibilities:

• Adhere to all Twin River Policies and Procedures.
• Ensure departmental and company policies are followed to provide excellent guest service.
• Promote positive relations with guests and staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
• Exercise guest relations skills, including handling difficult situations.
• Help keep the Valet area clean and organized.

Qualifications:

• Ability to perform all essential duties satisfactorily.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.

License Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license.
• Licensed by DBR.

Physical/Mental Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, and bend repeatedly in all weather conditions.
• May need to lift or assist with wheelchairs or scooters.

Working Conditions:

• Work in all weather conditions.

Compensation:

Target hourly range: $15.00
