Overview

The role of the Valet Attendant is to make an exceptional impression on every guest by engaging with our guests and customers in a positive and friendly manner and providing the best experience possible while ensuring safe and efficient service.

Responsibilities

1. Keep the safety of self and others in mind at all times.
2. Operate vehicles safely to minimize accidents.
3. Keep track of keys and vehicles throughout the garage.
4. Provide exceptional guest experience.
5. Maintain organization in operations.
6. Be enthusiastic about the job, creating a positive environment for customers and teammates.
7. Use professional communication and VPNE approved language choices.
8. Help facilitate transition at the end of shift.
9. Look sharp and be neatly groomed at all times.
10. Perform cleaning duties as assigned.
11. Adhere to VPNE attendance policy.

Qualifications

• Entry level experience preferred.
• Proficient in English, both verbally and written.

Requirements

• Friendly and outgoing personality.
• Ability to smile during customer interactions.
• Upbeat personality, willingness to go the extra mile, and a strong work ethic.
• Maintain uniform standards.
• Ability to run and move quickly.

• Safely operate vehicles and pass a driving test.
• Lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Possess a valid Driver's License.
• Pass a criminal background check and RMV check.
• Ability to build relationships with customers.
• Be organized.
• Maintain a clean driving record.
