The role of the Valet Attendant is to make an exceptional impression on every guest by engaging with our guests and customers positively and friendly, providing the best experience possible while ensuring safe and efficient service.

Responsibilities

1. Keep safety of self and others in mind at all times
2. Operate vehicles safely to minimize accidents
3. Keep track of keys and vehicles throughout the garage
4. Provide exceptional guest experience
5. Maintain organization at operation
6. Be enthusiastic, creating a positive environment for customers and teammates
7. Use professional communication and VPNE-approved language
8. Help facilitate transition at end of shift
9. Maintain a neat and sharp appearance at all times
10. Perform cleaning duties as assigned
11. Adhere to VPNE attendance policy

Qualifications

• Entry-level experience
• Proficient in English (verbal and written)
• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Ability to smile during customer interactions
• Upbeat attitude, willingness to go the extra mile, strong work ethic
• Maintain uniform standards
• Ability to run and move quickly
• Efficiently organize cars
• Stand for long periods
• Safely operate vehicles and pass a driving test
• Lift a minimum of 50 lbs
• At least 18 years old
• Valid Driver’s License in residency state
• Pass criminal background and RMV checks
• Ability to build customer relationships
• Organized
• Clean driving record insurable by VPNE
