Job summary

L'Auberge Lake Charles is seeking a friendly valet attendant to help guests park and retrieve vehicles while delivering excellent service in a fast-paced, casino resort environment. You must have a valid driver's license, be able to drive all vehicle types, speak English well, and provide outstanding customer service.

This role requires walking and stairs, and you’ll work on-site at our Lake Charles location.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid state Driver’s License with no careless motor vehicle accidents in the last 3 years.
• Ability to drive all makes and models of motor vehicles.
• Must have effective verbal communication skills; must be able to speak and understand English.
• Must have excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to run on level surfaces as well as up and down stairs to park and retrieve vehicles quickly.

Responsibilities

• Greets arriving and departing guests.
• Parks guest vehicles in specified areas in a safe manner.
• Retrieves customer vehicles from specified areas in a safe manner.
• Performs drive-and-park assignments per department policies and procedures.
• Promptly reports any incidents to supervisor.
• Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.
• Maintains strict confidentiality in all company matters.
