Job summary

Bally's Corporation is seeking a Valet Attendant in Chicago to safely park and retrieve guests' vehicles while delivering courteous service. You will greet guests, follow established parking procedures, and maintain accurate logs and key controls in a fast-paced casino environment.

The role emphasizes safety, attention to detail, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. This position offers a physical workload with standing, walking, and occasional lifting within a lively venue.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to be insured under our company policy.
• No moving violations within the last 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Park and retrieve guests' vehicles in a safe, damage-free manner.
• Greet guests with a positive demeanor and friendly service.
• Adhere to casino parking and retrieval procedures.
• Explain parking procedures to guests to ensure satisfaction.
• Handle valet tickets and perform damage inspections before parking.
• Maintain clean, organized valet area and proper key tagging.
• Respond to guest requests and direct to appropriate contacts as needed.
• All other duties as assigned.

As a Valet Attendant, you will safely park and retrieve guest vehicles according to established policies and guest service standards.

About the role

Responsibilities

• Park and retrieve guests vehicles in a safe and damage free manor.
• Greet the guest with positive body manner and friendly demeanor.
• Adheres to the guidelines of the Casino’s parking and retrieval procedures.
• Explain to guests the Casino’s parking and retrieval procedure to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Must be able to sprint to/from vehicles.
• Must strive to answer the valet phone within 3 rings and maintain professional telephone etiquette.
• Maintain proper storage and labeling of guest keys and tags.
• Keep the valet area neat and free of trash.
• Maintain appropriate logbook or records during shift.
• Ability to share or divide attention among several ongoing activities, projects or assignments.
• Hand out valet tickets and perform damage inspections of all vehicles before parked.
• Respond to reasonable guest requests or place guest in contact with appropriate person for assistance.
• Assist with the cleanliness of the Valet area and the casino property
• All other duties as assigned.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

• Regularly required to see, talk and hear; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms; stand and walk.
• Must be able to run between 1-15 miles (throughout the course of a shift)
• Exposure to climate environment.
• Must occasionally lift and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Frequently required to stoop, crouch or kneel.
• The work environment contains bright lights, loud noise, and stressful situations.
