Job summary

Bally's Corporation in South Lake Tahoe is seeking a friendly Bellperson/Guest Services Associate to deliver outstanding service to casino guests. You will greet guests, assist with luggage, and help transport belongings to rooms or vehicles, while maintaining safety and efficiency.

The role requires the ability to drive manual transmissions, provide information about property and events, and uphold Bally's Purpose and Values Model to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides superior customer service and positively affects interactions with customers and employees.
• Greets arriving and departing guests and assists with loading belongings to carts and transporting them to rooms or vehicles.
• Parks and retrieves guest vehicles, including the ability to drive manual transmissions.
• Promotes the Purpose and Values Model to ensure the highest quality guest experience.
• Performs drive-and-park assignments per department policies and procedures.
• Assists hotel guests with luggage and provides information about property and events within the casino.
• Delivers prompt, courteous, and efficient service to all guests.
• Orient guests to room facilities by explaining features available.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

1. Provides superior customer service, positively effects interactions with customers and employees, and has the resiliency to deal with difficult customers in all types of business conditions and the ability to work harmoniously with coworkers.
2. Greets arriving and departing guests. Loads guests belongings onto carts and delivers them safely to guests rooms or to guests vehicles.
3. Parks and retrieves guest vehicles in specified areas in an efficient and safe manner. Must be able to drive manual transmissions.
4. Responsible for assuring the highest quality guest experience by promoting the Purpose and Values Model throughout all areas of responsibility.
5. Performs drive-and-park assignments per department policies and procedures.
6. Assists hotel guests with their luggage and provide information regards to property and events within the casino.
7. Provides prompt, courteous and efficient service to all guests.
8. Orient guests to room facilities by explaining the different features available/
9. Performs other duties as assigned.
