The Valet Attendant is responsible for creating an exceptional guest experience by engaging positively and friendly manner, ensuring safety, and providing efficient service.

Responsibilities

1. Prioritize safety for self and others at all times.
2. Operate vehicles safely to prevent accidents.
3. Manage keys and vehicles within the garage.
4. Deliver outstanding guest service.
5. Maintain organized operations.
6. Foster a positive environment through enthusiasm.
7. Use professional communication and adhere to VPNE language standards.
8. Assist with shift transitions.
9. Maintain a neat appearance and grooming.
10. Perform cleaning duties as assigned.
11. Follow VPNE attendance policies.

Qualifications

• Entry level experience.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• Friendly, outgoing, and able to smile during interactions.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to go the extra mile.
• Uniform standards compliance.
• Ability to run, move quickly, and organize cars efficiently.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Valid driver’s license, pass driving test, and have a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Pass criminal background and RMV checks.
• Ability to build customer relationships and stay organized.
